We stand by our product and believe that it WILL help you become safer, stronger, and more resilient wherever you go, which is why we are providing a 60-day ACTION-BASED GUARANTEE. All we ask is that you show us that you completed the lessons and homework exercises, and if you are still unsatisfied with the Course, we will give you your money back in full.

In the event that you decide that your Tough Cookie Self Defense purchase was not the right decision, contact us via email and submit proof of your completed work. Once we receive your claim, we will review your submission and if we cannot help solve your issue, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

To receive a full refund, you must submit your request and all materials proving you did the work before 11:59 PM PST on the 60th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, our team will assess your request and the work you’ve done. 

No refunds will be provided more than 60 days after your date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 60th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We request that all payments be made on a timely basis. If we fail to receive any of your payments, we have the right to immediately revoke your access. 

Please note that all refunds are discretionary. If we see that there is no effort on your end to do the lessons and exercises, your refund will be denied. This policy is designed to give people the chance to implement our Tough Cookie Self Defense lessons and not just access our content for free.

Sharing your access with other people (apart from your practice buddy of course) is NOT allowed and is a breach of our terms and conditions. Your access may not be shared or transferred. 

If we find out that students are sharing access, purchasing the Course for multiple users, or have made any offers or agreements to do so, their access to our community will be immediately revoked and they will be liable for damages to our company. Please respect the proprietary nature of our Course and products.

You will not get the results you want if you’re not willing to put in the work. Self defense is ultimately a hands-on skill that requires practice. You cannot learn these lessons only by watching, but by also DOING. If you follow our ABC system and do the homework exercises along the way, you will become a safer, stronger, tried and true Tough Cookie.
