My Self Defense Course is designed into 8 easy modules with an average of 22 minutes (and no more than 40 minutes) of video lessons per module, plus one or two simple homework assignments that you can complete on your own schedule each module. And if that’s still too much, you can always take these lessons at whatever pace you’re able. You don’t have to complete the modules on any specific schedule. Obviously, faster is more ideal so you can learn and benefit from these self defense skills as soon as possible. But I’ll take whatever time you have to give!
